Multi-level control: Publishers are able to protect existing campaigns and revenues by means of whitelisting and blacklisting as well as to ensure that no one is able to purchase such impressions at a lower price – lower than the current high-price campaign – in an open auction.
Due to its integrated approach, the Yieldlab Supply Side Platform functions like a private marketplace for all marketing channels and inventory classes. On the Yieldlab YRD interface, the access for each individual demand partner and advertiser can be carefully selected and controlled. Contrary to common market praxis, we realise this through a multi-step control system.
In the first step, publishers determine which Yieldlab YRD demand partner they want to target with their inventory offer, and unlock them by means of whitelisting.
Now they have the choice: Either they choose blacklisting to release their inventory to advertisers who initially will have full access and who can be blocked at any time, or they choose whitelisting to grant access only to selected advertisers.
