Frank Sültmann, 43, has joined with immediate effect Yieldlab AG, the Hamburg-based programmatic advertising solutions provider for premium publishers and their demand partners. This allows Yieldlab to set the course for growth and the further development of its platform for programmatic trading between premium publishers and advertising clients and agencies side. Alongside the Yieldlab founder Marco Klimkeit, 37, Frank Sültmann will be responsible for Sales and Marketing.
The renowned digital expert and advertising networker with 16 years of profound experience in the online sector – on both the agency and marketer side – comes from Amnet GmbH, which he has successfully and substantially built up since 2012 as its managing director into one of the leading providers for the programmatic and cross-media addressing of target groups. Before his switch to the agency side, the trained publishing manager worked as the Senior Director Sales in the online advertising research for Nielsen, as well as in marketing positions for companies such as United Internet Media and media squares/Ad Pepper.
“I am very glad to be able to support a company as successful and established as Yieldlab in its further development. New programmatic planning approaches, technologies and individualised messages are required for addressing target groups in an integrated and comprehensive way. Yieldlab aims to position itself in the long term as the key and independent technological enabler in automated media trading that is focused on the brand-safe premium segment. This is the right path for the self-determined German and European advertising market,” is how Frank Sültmann explains his career decision.
“Frank is the ideal fit for us! I have already known and valued him for years. By getting him on board, we emphasise and further expand our claim to position Yieldlab as the leading platform for premium programmatic advertising. We equally give publishers, media agencies and advertising clients a technological home for their bilateral business relationships,” Marco Klimkeit, founder and CEO of Yieldlab AG, adds.
Joachim Schneidmadl, board member of the virtual minds group, Yieldlab’s parent company, says: “We are very happy to have found such an experienced and well-connected digital expert in Frank who is familiar with both sides of the media business in all of its facets for our rapid expansion.”
Yieldlab AG is the specialist for premium programmatic advertising.
